National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine
Objective
To develop an educational game in the format of case studies and interactive investigation for current and future NABU detectives.
What did we do?
We developed an educational game with nine stages, video explanations, and case study videos of interrogation, search, and court hearings. We applied the edutainment approach and case-based learning and launched the game using the Articulate Storyline software.
Results
902 users on the first day, 12,866 — in six months, and more than 17,000 — for the entire duration of the course.
“NABU Investigates” was the first online educational project for NABU, and the game format of the course was the first such experience for EdEra. Still, we coped with this challenging and rewarding task perfectly. Creativity, dedication, and well-coordinated teamwork were key to our joint success. And even the lockdown in the country did not break our plans.

Objective
To develop a creative concept and launch an educational platform about elections for every citizen of Ukraine.
What did we do?
We gamified the educational platform with learning in the format of messenger communication and a series of videos integrated into dialogues.
Results
The first state interactive platform with two courses, 40 videos, and over 140,000 views. The project continues to develop and launch new training programs. Since its launch, three courses and more than 50 new videos have been added to the platform. The total number of views has reached more than a million.
EdEra faced an ambitious task to customize its platform and release 98 videos for four courses in four months. And they did it! Most importantly, they did it professionally.

New Ukrainian School
Objective
To develop an online course for primary school teachers that will introduce them to the State Standard of Primary Education and competency-based learning methods.
What did we do?
We created a 60-hour distance learning course. The primary format for presenting educational materials is short videos. The course also offers additional materials for teachers, including more than 90 didactic materials, exercises for first-graders, materials for monitoring student progress, and teacher recommendations. Moreover, we developed an interactive glossary, EdEra Books, which more than 300,000 Ukrainian teachers use.
Results
More than 286,000 primary school teachers have registered for the course. It became the first in-service training course for teachers in Ukraine using distance learning. It has been one of the mandatory stages of teacher training since 2019.
Together with EdEra, we created the first online course in Ukraine for primary school teachers that was credited as a professional development program. Thanks to EdEra’s approach and perseverance, teachers have received one of the key components for the effective implementation of the NUS reform in their educational institutions. I am grateful to the EdEra team for their personalized approach to each teacher’s problems. They not only created an online course but also helped teachers adapt to a new form of learning. This experience laid the groundwork for the exchange of valuable educational practices between teachers and professional development through an innovative method of distance learning.

Objective
To develop an interactive course for students of all higher education institutions of Ukraine on the basic competencies of product IT specialists.
What did we do?
We participated in developing an educational course in the format of a virtual internship at Genesis. We provided methodological support, managed the production process, provided a technical solution for the course, and ensured support at every stage of development. The course includes a series of video lectures, interviews, dialogues, and tests. For interactivity, we used case studies, microlearning, and gamification in the form of storytelling.
Results
More than 50 thousand students of Ukrainian higher education institutions will take the course annually.
The educational product, created in partnership with EdEra, is aimed at developing IT entrepreneurship and the product IT industry in Ukraine. Together with the online studio’s specialists, we have developed a unique course that will help students understand their prospects in IT and become an interactive tool to supplement academic education at universities.

Objective
To create two professional development courses for Ukrtelecom employees on digital literacy and business Ukrainian.
What did we do?
We made corporate training dynamic and helpful for hundreds of employees with different levels of skills and experience.
Results
In 2020, we developed two corporate course systems with video tutorials, case studies, additional materials, and tests. Both courses are open to all Ukrtelecom employees.
Together with the EdEra team, we have developed two turnkey video courses: “Business Ukrainian” and “Digital Literacy.” Now, the training modules are available to all employees of our company on the corporate distance learning platform. Due to the wide target audience (the courses are taken by both beginners and advanced users and confident speakers), it was important for us to find a partner who would make the training engaging and filled with comprehensive and relevant information for the business environment. Thanks to the coordinated work of instructional designers, authors, and the EdEra production team, we have a quality product that we are satisfied with.

To convert offline training into an online format. To preserve the corporate ecosystem and create a customized onboarding for new employees.
What did we do?
We developed the complete onboarding of a new employee from corporate culture to precise scripts and work protocols. We added dozens of interim tests and a final employee rating score.
Results
Hundreds of specialists underwent online onboarding and training, and salon directors evaluated new employees’ skills and decided whether to hire them.
We welcome new specialists all the time, so training is an urgent need. Together with the EdEra team, we found a solution by creating a platform with online courses for employees. Now, our onboarding is automated. Specialists have 24/7 access to training materials and can take automated tests, and it is easier for the management to track the effectiveness of the process. Already, three courses for specialists provide regular training in an accessible language. The video lessons reproduce the entire process of work in an engaging format. The audience seems to be “present” directly with the specialists, and the platform is convenient and flexible.

I have a complete course. Can I publish it on your platform?
We host only those educational products on our platform that have been developed in partnership with us. However, if you have a ready-made course and are only looking for a platform to host it, you can contact our partner Workademy.
Who will have access to the product?
All users of the EdEra platform will have access to courses for the general public. Corporate courses will be accessed by your target audience only. Such a course can be closed.
Can I use my own design?
Yes, you can! If you have your own branding and guidelines for it, we will adapt the design to the format of the online product and create an identity based on your brand book.
Can you produce a course without promo and placement?
Yes, we can develop a turnkey course and provide you with all the materials for its placement.
What kind of communications activities do you offer?

Can users receive certificates?
